Ms. Hostetler is the Vice President of Human Resources responsible for providing strategic
guidance and executive leadership for all aspects of the human resources and talent acquisition
functions for Pantheon Data.  She manages the human capital programs that support the full
employee life cycle to include talent acquisition, compliance, engagement, benefits, policies,
and services. 
 
Ms. Hostetler has over 25 years of Global HR experience with a demonstrated history as an
organizational change agent. Skilled in compensation, management, talent acquisition,
performance management, benefits and payroll administration. She has held an HRCI
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification since 2001 and the SHRM Certified
Professional (SHRM-CP) certification since 2015. She is a proud Army Veteran serving in the
Signal Corps in Virginia and Germany.
