Ms. Treacy is the Chief Operating Officer for the Contact Center Operations division of
Pantheon Data. The Kenific Group Call Center Operations (KGCCO) division supports the
Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services under a subcontract at a call center in Tampa,
Florida.   
 
With more than twenty years of experience in government contracting, she excels in leading
large-scale (900+ employees), multi-site teams providing records management, acquisitions,
and contact center services to federal customers including the Department of Homeland
Security (U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services), Department of State
(Bureau of Consular Affairs), Health & Human Services (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid
Services), Library of Congress, and NASA.  She has demonstrated a commitment to upholding
strict contract-mandated metrics and fostering positive workplace relations, while navigating the
complexities of the Service Contract Act and multiple Collective Bargaining Agreements. Her
certifications include Project Management Professional and Customer Experience Performance
Leader.
