As Managing Director, Army Financial Management, Gregory Worley leads defense financial management solutions, bringing 34 years of distinguished government service to guide complex military financial transformations for defense clients.

Most recently transitioning from military service, he provides immediate expertise in defense financial operations, having served as Chief of the U.S. Army Finance Corps and led financial strategy as a senior consultant to the United States Marine Corps. Greg’s career spans from the tactical level to directing global division operations, including combat deployments in Iraq, Afghanistan, and counter-ISIS operations in Syria. He holds a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Public Administration from Syracuse University, and maintains Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) certification. He specializes in DoD financial transformation, budget formulation, fiscal law compliance, and implementing enterprise resource planning systems across large-scale military organizations. Outside of work, Greg enjoys time with his family.
