As Senior Vice President, Mr. Harding leads the charge in business development and strategic growth initiatives within the United States Air Force. With over 12 years in corporate operations, program and financial management, and managing client relationships, he specializes in supporting business development efforts within the Army and Federal Civilian agencies. He has managed contracts for the United States Navy, US Coast Guard, United States Postal Service, and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and has extensive experience across the federal government.

Prior to Pantheon Data, Mr. Harding worked for several national and local political campaigns, the United States Senate, and as a financial consultant for a leading wholesale fuel distributor. He holds an MBA from Fitchburg State University, a BA in Political Science from James Madison University, and an Executive Education certificate from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in M&A and Corporate Development. Outside of work, Mr. Harding enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, hunting, fishing, and training dogs.
