Mr. Harding is the Vice President responsible for business development and strategic growth initiatives within the United States Air Force. This includes support or business development efforts within the Army and Federal Civilian agencies. He is experienced in corporate operations, program and financial management, and managing client relationships. Mr. Harding has managed contracts for the United States Navy, US Coast Guard, United States Postal Service, and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and has extensive experience across the federal government.

Prior to Pantheon Data, Mr. Harding worked for several national and local political campaigns, the United States Senate, and as a financial consultant for a leading wholesale fuel distributor. Mr. Harding holds a Political Science degree from James Madison University and a Masters in Business Administration from Fitchburg State University.
