As Senior Vice President responsible for corporate strategy, growth, and operations within the Federal and Defense Health Markets, Ms. Byrd leads the charge in managing the operational and strategic alignment with the mission and vision across the business line, ensuring success.

With over 15 years in commercial and government experience spanning the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Health Agency (DHA), Veterans Affairs (VA), and Health and Human Services (HHS). She specializes in planning, organizing, developing, managing, leading, and executing complex enterprise-level strategies, including program acquisition strategy, solution architecture, design, and execution for full life-cycle management. She holds degrees in English, Linguistics and Speech, and Political Science from the University of Mary Washington. Outside of work, Ms. Byrd enjoys traveling the country with her husband in their RV with their two cats.
