Ms. Byrd is the Vice President responsible for corporate strategy, growth and operations within the Federal, Defense Health and Army Markets. She manages the operational and strategic alignment with the mission and vision across the business line, ensuring success.

Ms. Byrd brings more than 15 years of commercial and government experience spanning the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Health Agency (DHA), Veterans Affairs (VA), and Health and Human Services (HHS). She possesses a deep expertise in planning, organizing, developing, managing, leading, and executing complex enterprise-level strategies that include program acquisition strategy, solution architecture, design and execution for full life-cycle management.
