Mr. Pollard is the Senior Vice President responsible for business development, strategic growth initiatives and operations in the US Navy market. He is a certified management and technical professional with over 20 years of experience in capture management, business development, revenue growth, and operations management.

Prior to Pantheon Data, Mr. Pollard worked for several large and small businesses, including Fortune 500 defense contractors, supporting customers at NAVSEA, Naval Surface Warfare Centers, US Joint Forces Command, Joint Staff, and Federal Civilian Customers. He holds a bachelor’s in electrical engineering and an MBA from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Outside of work, Mr. Pollard enjoys training Brazilian Jiujitsu and backcountry camping.
